Nick Dolbin: Nick Dolbin is a decorated Ohio law enforcement professional with more than 16 years of experience in public safety, emergency operations, supervision, and officer training. He currently serves as Chief of the Timberlake Police Department, where he is known for calm decision-making, strong leadership, attention to detail, and a community-first approach to policing. Nick has worked with multiple agencies, including Cuyahoga County’s 911 system, MetroHealth Police Department, East Cleveland, Amsterdam, Geneva on the Lake, and the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority. His background includes patrol supervision, dispatch operations, firearms instruction, field training, crisis response, policy development, recruitment, and public safety coordination. Nick has earned numerous honors for drug enforcement, traffic safety, OVI enforcement, seat belt initiatives, youth service, department excellence, and gun safety outreach. Outside law enforcement, he is a licensed real estate agent and owner of Premier Field Services, a real estate sales and property management company based in Columbia Station, Ohio.
